Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 6:05 PM EDT) -- A Federal Energy Regulatory Commission judge was right to find that Entergy Corp. and the Louisiana Public Service Commission could not pass on certain canceled costs from an abandoned $1.8 billion repowering project, the New Orleans City Council and an Arkansas utility regulator argued Monday.
