Judge Won't Toss $100M Trade Secret Suit Against Akorn

Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge Monday denied generic-drug maker Akorn Inc.'s argument that a $100 million trade secrets and breach of contract suit filed by Fera Pharmaceuticals LLC was barred by the companies' supply agreement, ruling the agreement might have been induced by fraud, and therefore invalid.
