Alstom Exec Pleads Guilty In Foreign Bribery Scheme

Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- An executive of French engineering firm Alstom SA has agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and one count of violating the FCPA in connection with a scheme to pay bribes to government officials, according to a plea agreement filed Monday.
