Law360, New York (July 30, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday said the Delaware Riverkeeper Network is entitled to intervene in a municipal sewer authority's challenge to federal regulation of local watershed emissions, saying the possibility it could sink an impending settlement might actually resolve the case more quickly.
