GOP Lawmakers Lash CMS Chief Over ACA 'Data Hub'

CMS Administrator Marilyn Tavenner, appearing before the House Energy and Commerce Committee, faced prodding regarding potential glitches in the platform for determining whether shoppers can get federal subsidies to help with the cost of health benefits.
