Comments Show Need For Improvement In ITC Enforcement

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 12:06 PM EDT) -- All public commenters agree that the process for enforcing U.S. International Trade Commission exclusion orders needs a major overhaul. These public comments were submitted in response to the Office of the U.S. Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator’s request for public comments in advance of an interagency review of the exclusion order enforcement process called for in the Obama administration’s 2013 Joint Strategic Plan on Intellectual Property Enforcement, issued in June.
