Ethics Panel OKs Fla. Judges' Twitter Use In Re-Election Bids

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Florida judges running for re-election may use Twitter accounts with open privacy settings as campaign tools, but it's better if the accounts are created and maintained by their campaigns, says an opinion issued Tuesday by a state judicial ethics panel.
