DOJ Joins SEC Probe Of AB InBev Over Possible FCPA Breach

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev NV on Wednesday said the U.S. Department of Justice has joined the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in examining the beer giant's joint venture in India for possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
