Philly Firm Accused Of Bungling $100M Suit Against IBM

Law360, Philadelphia (August 2, 2013, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania information technology company sued Philadelphia firm Mitts Law LLC in state court on Monday, alleging the firm’s malfeasance caused it to settle a suit against IBM Corp. for far less than the suit’s anticipated $100 million return.

Devon IT Inc. contends that the firm bungled the case by mishandling $4 million in litigation funding and improperly supervising contract attorneys and other vendors on the case.
