Pharmacy Co-Op Asks High Court To Mull Medicare Refusals

Law360, New York (August 2, 2013, 8:36 PM EDT) -- An independent pharmacy cooperative on Tuesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to revive its suit over a Medicare Part D regulation that allows a drug plan to refuse nonpreferred pharmacies, arguing it should have been allowed to bypass an administrative proceeding and bring the case to a trial court on first instance.
