Senate Backs GWU Law Professor For ITC Post

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate has confirmed a George Washington University Law School professor to the U.S. International Trade Commission, an academic specializing in the nation's intellectual property laws.

F. Scott Kieff was confirmed by voice-vote on Aug. 1. He replaces Daniel R. Pearson, selected by former President George W. Bush, whose term on the ITC has expired.replaces Daniel R. Pearson, selected by former President George W. Bush, whose term on the ITC has expired.
