Arbitrator's Ruling Final In Disability Row, 8th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 8:59 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday found that a disability benefits dispute between Carlisle Power Transmission Products Inc. and a former employee was subject to arbitration, saying an arbitrator's earlier decision on the matter was binding and could not be relitigated.
