Del Monte, US Spar In Fed. Circ. Over Tuna Tariffs

Law360, New York (August 5, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- Del Monte Corp. and the U.S. government sparred on Monday in Federal Circuit oral arguments over whether the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol correctly classified the company's flavored tuna pouches as "tuna in oil," with Del Monte saying that the small amount of oil in the product did not warrant the classification.
