Shell's Spill Response Plans Withstand Enviros' Challenge

Law360, Washington (August 6, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Two Royal Dutch Shell PLC units scored a win Monday when an Alaskan federal judge upheld the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement's approval of two spill response plans for oil drilling in the Arctic Ocean, saying the environmental groups' challenges weren't supported by the law.
