Wickes Furniture Asks Court For Quick Sale

Law360, New York (February 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Days after filing for Chapter 11, national furniture retailer Wickes Furniture Co. Inc. is planning to sell off its assets and is asking the court to allow it to decide the best way to complete the sale.
