Hedge Fund Can Seek Digirad Proxy Revote At Trial

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- A Delaware judge declined Monday to dismiss hedge fund Red Oak Partners LLC's effort to force a rematch in its proxy battle against Digirad Corp., finding that Red Oak's accusations of underhanded voting tactics could go forward.
