Rockefeller Urges Obama To Push For Mine Safety Rules

Law360, New York (August 6, 2013, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., on Tuesday urged President Obama to step in and help speed up the implementation of several pending regulations designed to protect both coal miners and other mine workers, saying further delays would unnecessarily risk the workers' safety.
