Rohm & Haas Beats IP Theft Claims In Pa. Appeals Court

Law360, Philadelphia (August 6, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Rohm & Haas Co. dodged a suit alleging that the chemical giant improperly sought a competitor's trade secrets through litigation it launched in 2000, as a Pennsylvania appeals court found Tuesday that the claims were barred by the two-year statute of limitations on abuse-of-process suits.
