Officials Say ACA Security Check Cutting It Close To Deadline

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 2:27 PM EDT) -- The Affordable Care Act’s crucial state health exchange system, scheduled to start open enrollment in October, may be facing more setbacks, as delays in testing the data hub’s security infrastructure could push the final verdict on its safety to the end of September, according to an official report Friday.
