Legal Recruiter Asks Texas High Court To Block Web Posts

Law360, Houston (August 7, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A legal recruiter on Tuesday told the Texas Supreme Court that his former employer should be forced to remove allegedly defamatory Internet postings accusing him of bribing an associate at K&L Gates LLP to hire a candidate he represented.
