Calif. Appeals Court Nixes Dorsey & Whitney Fee Litigation

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday refused to revive claims by investor group NAMA Holdings LLC alleging law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP illegally took funds from an insolvent real estate venture before NAMA could collect $12 million that the venture owed it.
