Pa. Fracking Wastewater Settlement Cuts Discharge Levels

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- An environmental group Wednesday withdrew its challenge of an operating permit for a treatment facility that handles wastewater from hydraulic fracturing, reaching a settlement with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection that restricts discharges from the plant.
