Sen. Coburn Urges Courts To Disclose Conference Spending

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., wants the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to share how much the federal judiciary has recently spent on luxurious conferences in spite of judicial complaints that sequestration cuts have caused furloughs and impacted public defender funding, he said Tuesday.
