Court Proposes Resolution To Bayer-Schering Dispute

Law360, New York (February 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In an attempt to put to rest an ongoing legal dispute between Bayer AG and minority shareholders of Bayer acquisition Schering AG, a German court on Thursday reportedly proposed a settlement.

The Berlin-based court suggested that Bayer raise its offer for Schering by around 10% as part of an out-of-court settlement, Dow Jones reported.
