SEC Corporation Finance Chief Counsel Joins Sidley Austin

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The chief counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance, which handles corporate disclosures and other issues, has joined Sidley Austin LLP as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.

Thomas J. Kim has been the division's chief counsel and associate director since 2007.
