Obama Maintains Ban On Precious Gems From Myanmar

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 6:15 PM EDT) -- As the U.S. continues the gradual opening of its market to products from Myanmar, the Obama administration this week preserved a ban on the import of certain precious gems linked to slave labor and arms dealing, citing ongoing human rights concerns.
