Insurer Says Watchdog Not Covered In $85M Defamation Row

Law360, Los Angeles (August 8, 2013, 5:59 PM EDT) -- State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. on Wednesday asked a Virginia federal court for a declaration that it has no duty to defend the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity, also known as Watchdog.org, and the website’s Virginia bureau chief in an $85 million defamation suit.
