Apple Loss At Fed. Circ. Would Be Game-Changer: ABA Panel

Law360, San Francisco (August 8, 2013, 10:19 PM EDT) -- If Apple Inc. doesn't win a permanent injunction on Samsung Electronics Co.'s infringing smartphones following Friday's Federal Circuit hearing, it will be a “huge game-changer” in the intellectual property community, legal experts said Thursday in an American Bar Association panel on the rivals' IP war.
