JPML Won't Join DSL Patent Suits Against AT&T, Others

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A panel of federal judges on Thursday refused Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC's bid to centralize nearly three dozen lawsuits alleging AT&T Corp. and others infringe its DSL technology patents, saying centralization may actually hinder parties' ability to quickly resolve the litigation.
