National Fire Can't Duck Assurance's Coverage Denial Suit

Law360, Chicago (August 9, 2013, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge declined Thursday to dismiss Assurance Co. of America's suit alleging National Fire & Marine Insurance Co. wrongfully denied coverage in dozens of underlying construction defect cases, but he cut several related insurer plaintiffs and rejected Assurance's bid to send the case to state court.
