Eaton Ducks Securities Fraud Suit Over Bid To Sway Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (August 9, 2013, 7:31 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge dismissed a securities fraud class action claiming a power systems builder duped investors when it denied trying to unduly influence a Mississippi judge presiding over a dismissed trade secrets case, ruling Friday that the suit failed to state a claim.
