NY Atty General Slams Jacoby's Nonlawyer Investment Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The New York attorney general’s office Friday fired back at Jacoby & Meyers Law Offices LLP's revived federal suit challenging a New York rule barring law firms from selling stakes to nonlawyers, saying the claims are meritless and appear frivolous.
