Sanofi Faces China Bribery Probe Over Whistleblower Claims

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 2:31 PM EDT) -- Sanofi SA on Monday confirmed that it had been accused by a whistleblower of paying kickbacks to Chinese doctors for prescriptions under the guise of “research grants,” following reports that Chinese officials have launched a probe into the allegations.
