Best Buy Posted Links To Customer's Nude Photos, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A Best Buy Corp. customer who paid the store's Geek Squad unit to securely retrieve private nude images of herself from her computer and later discovered links to them publicly posted online sued the company for privacy and contractual violations in Alabama federal court Friday.
