10th Circ. Backs Water Pik Win In Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday refused to revive allegations that Water Pik Inc.'s SinuSense-brand sinus cleaning products do not infringe a trademark for rival nasal cleaner SinuCleanse, ruling that the two product names weren't similar enough to confuse consumers.
