EPA Nixes Industry Challenge To Biofuel Diesel Standard

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 2:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday rejected petitions from oil and gas industry groups to reconsider its 2013 biomass-based diesel fuel requirement, finding that their challenges either lacked sufficient supporting evidence or could have been raised during the comment period.
