Pa. Superior Court Elects Bender As New President Judge

Law360, Philadelphia (August 13, 2013, 4:36 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court unanimously tapped Judge John Bender on Tuesday to serve as the court’s new president judge just two weeks after the seat was vacated by a colleague who was elevated to a seat on the state’s Supreme Court.
