Taiwan Says China, South Korea Dumping Steel Products

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Taiwan said Tuesday that it will impose provisional anti-dumping duties on certain stainless steel and cold-rolled steel products manufactured in China and South Korea after initially determining the subject imports are being sold in the country at below market value.

Taiwan's Ministry of Finance said in a statement that the provisional measures are intended to counteract the harm dumping has had on its domestic steel industry. The preliminary duties may be in place on Chinese and Korean imports for up to four months as Taiwan's dumping...
