DOJ Charges Fla. Airline Fuel Co. In Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A federal grand jury indicted Florida-based airline fuel supply company Aviation Fuel International Inc. on Tuesday for conspiring to defraud an Illinois-based airline through a kickback scheme, the U.S. Department of Justice said Wednesday.

Aviation Fuel and owner Sean Wagner were charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, honest service fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud for their plot against Ryan International Airlines, according to the DOJ.
