Caterpillar Forklift Defect Caused Brain Injuries, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (August 14, 2013, 4:23 PM EDT) -- Caterpillar Inc. was hit with a product liability suit in Pennsylvania court Friday brought by a Pennsylvania man who says he suffered traumatic brain injuries and a range of other ailments when operating a forklift manufactured by the company.
