NJ Defense Atty Renews Bid To Nix Witness Murder Conviction

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Once-prominent criminal defense attorney Paul W. Bergrin says prosecutors ignored key evidence and used an unreliable witness to get him convicted of charges he used his law practice to facilitate murder and traffic drugs, according to a New Jersey federal court filing made available Wednesday.
