DOE Wants Input On Social Cost Of Carbon Challenge

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- A legal advocacy group's petition challenging the U.S. Department of Energy's use of new social cost of carbon values to determine microwave oven efficiency standards will be published by the department on Friday, along with a request for public input on the matter.
