Corvex Plays Both Sides Of $8B Hospital Deal

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 1:43 PM EDT) -- Corvex Management LP owns sizable stakes in both Health Management Associates Inc. and Community Health Systems Inc., according to a Wednesday filing, becoming the second investor to land on both sides of the hospital operators' increasingly fragile $7.9 billion merger.
