Ericsson Wants ITC To Set SEP Royalty In Samsung Case

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Ericsson Inc. asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday to set a royalty rate for the standard-essential patents that it accuses Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. of infringing, saying such a ruling will allow it to get an import ban under recent White House guidelines.
