Law360, Philadelphia (August 15, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- UnitedHealth Group Inc. fired back Monday at an attempt by a group of law firms to intervene in a putative class action against GlaxoSmithKline PLC in Pennsylvania state court seeking damages for coverage United provided to customers who were treated for injuries stemming from the drugs Avandia and Paxil.
