Ex-Fla. Legislators Back Immunity In Redistricting Row

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A group of former Florida state legislative leaders has asked the Florida Supreme Court to back a state appeals court's decision granting lawmakers legislative immunity from being deposed in a suit launched by several groups challenging a congressional reapportionment plan.
