Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 3:16 PM EDT) -- A Michigan appeals court on Thursday rebuffed a union challenge to the state's recently passed right-to-work law covering public sector employees, finding that the state Legislature has the power to pass labor laws impacting the state's 36,000 civil service employees.
