BLM To Auction Rocky Mountains Land For Solar Projects

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Three parcels of public land in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado will be up for auction to potential solar developers as part of the Obama administration’s push to approve 20,000 megawatts of clean energy projects in public lands by 2020, the Bureau of Land Management said Friday.
