Nortel Units Seek Delay Of Trial In $7.5B Cash Row

Law360, Wilmington (August 19, 2013, 8:39 PM EDT) -- European units of bankrupt Nortel Networks Corp. moved Friday to delay the cross-border trial that will finally divvy up $7.5 billion raised by the defunct Canadian telecommunications company's liquidation, saying the larger-than-expected discovery process has made the planned January start unfeasible.
