Judge Wants Bar To Look Into Atty Acquitted In Bribery Case

Law360, Houston (August 19, 2013, 9:42 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge said Friday he wants the state bar to take a look at the activities of a lawyer recently acquitted of charges that he participated in a kickback scheme aimed at soliciting bribes from criminal defendants in exchange for more favorable prosecutions.
